You create an Academic Period that you want to manage separately.
You setup your academic period Classes, Subjects, Subject categories, teachers & all the academic setup details needed.
Data related to your school specifically such as Assignment Types, Link Types, Cities of Students, Currencies & other types of data.
You add Old Staff to your Academic Period or you can add new staff members. Accordingly, you assign roles according to their job position & you give them credentials to access their account.
